Get Bonking!

I came across Weather Bonk via Google Operating System and was surprised to see the closest webcam to Bucharest was in Thessaloniki. WTF?!?!?! With a swift move I’ve added one of my favourites (and will add more as soon as I get a chance).
But I call on all my (Romanian or not) readers: get bonking!!! Share the webcams you know, put them on the map! It is tons of fun!
update: I couldn’t figure out how to set myX webcams up so that the preview image is displayed properly… anybody?

I found a cam in Baia Mare on 2 Unirii Bvd. and it belongs to Canal 7 cable TV company (http://www.canal7.ro/webcam/webcam.html) but I can’t place it on the map precisely. Anyone?

what’s the format of the myX webcams. Weatherbonk supports mostly jpg/mjpeg formats with others to come soon.

Hi Dave!
Nice of you to take the time and look into this. The myX webcams use mms:// streaming (ie mms://217.10.192.13/xcam2). I saw you have “Windows Media” in the Media Type select box and I’ve tried entering the mms:// url in the Image Url edit but to no avail.
